Title: LS210D Shared Folder Does not Open
Post by: unoboks on October 22, 2021, 09:02:36 PM
Hi I have a LS210D running on my home network.

I usually access the LS210D shared folder by opening the NAS Navigator 2 program and double click on the icon and it would usually open the shared folder.

I can see that the LS210D is available from the NAS Navigator but when I double click on the Icon nothing happens. I have a shortcut on my desktop for the drive and that also does not open the shared drive. It seems like the drive is working fine but I cannot access it. I tried rebooting the LS210D drive and even tried rebooting my network

I tried changing the SMB messages as some forums suggested but it was already set to auto choose between SMB1 and SMB2.

It was working a couple days ago and now I am stumped on why it wouldnt work.

Thank you for your help!
