Title: LS420d Shutting Down
Post by: RedArrow on September 26, 2021, 09:12:17 AM
Hi
My LS420D is now shutting down as soome as it has booted up.  This suddenly started to happen after a "lock up" during a large backup to an attached USB drive.
When the unit is turned on it boots up as normal and NAS Navigator acn see it as well as the web interface, however it then shuts down with no warning.  The led show Backup Failed as while trying to power the unit down I unfortunately pulled the power lead out, no other fault seem to be showing.
Help please.
