We are unable to sign into the UI on our TS51210RH4412 NAS hours into an array auto rebuild when we reseated a drive.
I was told by Buffalo tech support that being locked out this long is not normal. (10-15min max). If being locked out this long is abnormal, please look into fixing it as part of a future firmware update.
We see the login page, but after entering our credentials the page says it is loading and then kicks us back to the login page. (We tried clearing the cache, using different browsers, accounts, and client PCs to access it.)
