Title: Help! serial number not working!

I bought my portable harddrive (HD-PX500U2) in Hong Kong, however the Hong Kong support website does not list any downloads for this model. What do I do? How can i get the related firmware/software!!??

Exactly the same reason why I signed to this forum. I need to download Memeo for Vista 1.26 update but my serial number of my LS-CHL1.0TL is not accepted. Which serial it should be? Memeo serial or which serie from the bottom of CHL?

I tried both with no luck in the North American support and the Japan support websites...... I don't understand why the downloads are not available on the Hong Kong website.

azn: The serial number will only work on your local regions website.  If the downloads aren't there i would contact them and ask them about it.

 

Marv:  It will be the one on the bottom of the CHL the memeo number is a product key for the software.
