Title: Big huge problems with Linkstation Mini installation :smileysurprised:
Post by: Val_13 on January 04, 2010, 05:03:31 AM

Hi everybody !

First best wishes for this brand new year, many beautiful things for all of you !

I'm here cause I certainly made some mistakes with my friends' birthday present, a Linkstation Mini : since its installation, it's red blinking, and show 3 errors :

- E13: An error has occurred on RAID array 1.

- E23: Disk 1 has been removed from the RAID array due to error's.

- I12: The RAID array is working under degrade mode.

So I'm quite disapointed, I tried to reinitialize the beast, without success...

It would be great if someone would help me to tame it ;-)

Thanks by advance and hugs from France !!!!

Val

If the disk failed then contact local region support for a replacement if you can meet the warranty agreement.   Sorry disks fail all the time, sometimes they have a long life sometimes short, it could be a controller issue with the device, but either way it will need to be replaced/serviced.
