Title: New HDD installed, unable to copy data to
Post by: kpbriggsy on May 14, 2021, 02:24:55 AM
Hi All, I am new to this so please bear with me. I have an LS220, originally having 2 3TB HDD, which worked fine for a few years, I recently purchased an 8TB HDD to upgrade my storage capacity. I copied all the data from the existing drives to an ext. USB, then formatting the new drive and existing, both showing empty through Navigator and the Buffalo interface, normal and no issues. My problem is that when I attempt to copy data to either of the drives, I receive an error message "no space available" on either HDD. I have reinitialized my NAS. I have obviously made an error somewhere but, struggling to move forward. Help/advice obviously appreciated.
thank you Paul
