Title: HELP my drivestation combo 4 isnt being recognized in my computers

i have a mac desktop and a macbook pro and neither can read my drivestation combo 4 and it wont mount to my computer. nor to my mom's laptop either. on the mac i gets an error message saying 'this disk insert is nor readable by this computer.  please help. how can i fix this?
