My Outlook.com email account now insists that I use Authenticator when I log in. My NAS has used Outlook.com to email me when backups complete etc. but I noticed that it had stopped sending me emails recently. It then occurred to me that Microsoft had changed the way I logged into Outlook email. I guess this is why the emails have stopped. I tried a test email from the NAS and it failed to send. Does anyone know a way to get Outlook.com email to work with the new ways of logging in, or do I have to get a different free email address?
