Title: Link Station Backup will not stop
Post by: ericsf on November 16, 2008, 07:33:30 PM

I have two linkstations -  a 250 and a 500gb. the 250 (older, firmware 1.03) has two scheduled backup jobs. one is "immediate" and the other is every monday night. When i login, i get a message saying that a backup is in process. when i go to the backup tab, i do not see controls to do setup on either of these two backup schedules. The rest of the backup slots (not being used) have the icons for setup.

How do i stop this backup?

Also, it has only actually completed one backup on 11/9/08.

Tks,
Eric

I would hit the reset button in the back of the unit.

also make sure your firmware is upto date.
