Title: Drivestation Access Problem - Help

I couldn't access my hard drive, whenever I try to connect using USB mode, it doesn't load and my windows explorer crashes, but when I turn it off my windows is runs smoothly again.
I'm trying to access the drive via LAN mode but I don't know the default username for it.

Can anyone help me how?

Did you format the drive?  What OS are you using?  Have you tried it on multiple computers?
