Title: Buffalonas.com Password Issues

I restaged my LInkstation Pro Duo and cannot remember the password I used.  When I try to sign up for web access in the it keeps telling me that my passsword is incorrect.  How can I reset the device name and password so that I can reconfigure web access?  Do I need to change the name of my NAS?  Because I belive that the name is the same.
