Title: Terastation TS3410DN - Latest firmware, can't access web admin interface
Post by: smf on January 05, 2021, 07:41:35 AM
Hello,

I've got a Terastaion TS3410DN which has the latest firmware (4.68-0.01) installed on it.

It was previously working, but now when I try and access the web admin interface it gets stuck with "Now Loading".    Looking at the Javascript console it's endlessly logging this:

POST http://192.168.82.253/nasapi/ 502 (Bad Gateway)
request @ ext-all-debug.js:20680
Ext.utils.apiQuery @ utils.js?ver=4.68-0.01:280

The unit is still functioning and I can access all of the shares, but I obviously need to be able to admin the unit and keep an eye on the RAID status etc.

What can I do to fix this without losing all of the data and configuration?

Kind regards,
Steve.

Hello, have you solved the problem?
I am experiencing the same issues: "now loading" gif spinning and no access to the web admin interface.
I tried restoring factory settings and re-installing the latest firmware but it didn't work. It seems that the last resort is formatting the drives and re-initialising the system, but I don't want to do that. Also the error logs in the js console may hint to a hardware issue but not easy to catch as the error codes are not clear.
