Title: LS-QV8.0TL/R5 showing error 30 but won't turn off
Post by: mposehn on December 12, 2020, 06:27:41 PM
My LS-QV8.0TL/R5 has a flashing red led. When I run NAS Navigator is says error 30 on drive 2.

But all four LEDs on the front panel are green, none of them are red.

Supposedly, I should replace drive 2,  but  can't turn it off. I hold the power button down for three seconds (or longer) , and it still won't shut off.

I'm hesitant to just turn off the main power switch.
