Title: QS2.0TSU2/R5EU Does not start and makes a long beep

Hello,
I own an old buffalo and it doesn't work.
When I start it it makes a long beep and the four lights on the four discs are red.
And I can't install it on Windows 10. Is it compatible or is there a hardware problem?
