Title: Different access speed from PC and Mac

I have a PC and Mac both connected to the Linkstation Quad over a gigabit switch.  The PC has no problem accessing the web admin interface.  But do no have much luck with my Mac.  I have tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome, none of the web browsers are getting any response from the Linkstation.

 

In fact, often times, accessing the shared folders is also a challenge...

 

Please help.

I dont know if this will help but are your shared folders set up for both Mac and PC?
