Title: TeraStation issue
Post by: hazleyta on October 08, 2020, 02:31:32 PM
Good morning -

We have had our TS51210R running for a few months now.  We use it solely for media storage for a video editing workstation - Apple's Final Cut Pro X.

We have been experiencing the storage array dropping off of the 10gb connection quite often.

The NAS is connected "directly" to the computer via a direct patch connection, then to an iMac using a SONNET 10GB Thunderbolt 2 adaptor. omegle (https://teletype.in/@techradar/yKfkRGx2c)

We are also connected to the NAS via our house GigaBit connection on another ethernet port.  That connection, via a managed switch, also drops off but not nearly as often.

We would appreciate any thoughts you may have as this happen some five or six times a day - obviously getting the way of our editing process and causing significant frustration.

Thanks
