Title: What cat level is the ethernet cable supplied with WS5420DN6?
Post by: Lynnea1941 on October 06, 2020, 04:15:35 PM
I have had to replace the ethernet cable for the WS5420DN6 as the cat chewed on it.  I do have a yellow cable which I believe came with the TeraStation.  I believe the chewed on cable was from the first server.  Can someone tell me what cat level the cable is which is supplied with the TeraStation?

Is it worth looking for a shielded cat6a cable as a replacement?

The supplied cable would have been CAT 6, and probably not yellow.
