Title: TS-TGL Failed Format 0x100 - Script: create_raid
Post by: xxsn0blindxx on December 02, 2009, 07:53:32 PM

I have a TS-1.0TGL/R5 that I am trying to setup with three 250GB drives. After installing the drive, the front panel lists
"HD[drive#] Error E16 HD[drive#] Not Found" for drives 1 through 3.

I have attempted to reflash the firmware using debug mode and the /force switch but I am running into problems.

So this is where I start in the flash utility.

I then open the debug window and select these options

The system reboots and I get this prompt and click yes

I then get this error message

What do I need ot do to get this back up and running?

Try removing the drives individually and see if it boots up.

I tried that and nothing changed.  Do the drives need to be configured before they cna be "found".  The LCD panel shows that none ofthe drives are found.

Did you have some sort of power failure?  Also have you tried clicking "no" to the raid restructure?
