Title: cannot download related zip file for MiniStation™ Cobalt Portable USB 2.0 Hard Drive HD-PEU2

I'm just purchase a new MiniStation™ Cobalt Portable USB 2.0 Hard Drive HD-PEU2 (pearl white). Since I would like to check for few thing with the user manual so i'm try to download related document. After I select the model as : HD-PE250U2/WH and key in the serial no as : 55589091006899, it seem to say that invalid serial no.
