Is it plugged into the back or front USB ports?  Also is this an initial setup?

Back USB Port. Not Initial Setup.

Use a differnet PC or at least ensure your using the latest service pack for Windows!

Title: Re: Secure lock not recognizing reconnected 3.0 drive in Windows 7 : SLW not working on my computer

I get the same thing happen when trying to install on new system with Windows7.

Have the drive station 3.0 and have tried both plugging into the usb 2.0 and 3.0 with no luck and have contacted support but am still waiting for fix.

Also saw in another posting that someone says it won't install on thier version of 64 bit Vista so stands to reason that maybe the 64 bit version of Windows 7 might be causing this since no one has given reason for secure lock set-up not to recognize the drive when reconnected again and is initialized in disc management though, what a dissapointment not being able to secure your data on this product and no real support being put forward online for users of the product(s) to put to use, that I can find anyway.
