Name:LS-CHL416

Firmware version:1.10

IP Address:192.168.1.7

Workgroup
: Workgroup

I am having problems with web access. I am forwarding my router to IP address 192.168.1.7:9000. This opens a log in box but i put in the username and password of the user i have created within the navigator software and nothing happens except a new login box appears! Is there something i've missed??

You need to create as user under users in groups in the web admin of the unit. You can access that by opening a browser and typing in 192.168.1.7. Then you want to go to web access settings and set the folders you want to use users and groups. You cannot log into web access using your buffalo nas name or the admin user.
