Title: Linkstation Live 1.0tb Updates

I tried version 1.21 from 1.07 and it keeps telling me that it doesnt see any linkstation. anyone got tips for something like this or should I call IT?

No you should read whats infront of you and i quote from the Buffalo website:

 

"LS-CHLv2 firmware
-this is for hardware version 2 with red style user interface"

You HAVE a blue interface do you not?!!?!

Also you posted this in the wrong forum *sigh*

 

You are on the latest firmware for your unit.

is there anyway I can make sure I've got the V2 of the LinkStation the model number is: LS-CHL1.0TL-EU (which makes me think it's V1), but the interface is red. 

 

The firmware version in the web interface is 1.10. The numbering scheme is a little confusing as I know they both have a different CPU.

Open your NASnavi. If the LS-CHL is V2, NASNavi will have a V2 by the icon. If it is a V1, NASNavi won't display a version.
