Title: LS Pro Duo model LS-W1.0TGL/R1-US Power and Reset Buttons?
Post by: cw100999 on November 12, 2008, 07:11:40 AM

The model of LS Pro Duo that I have has a power button that sticks out of the back ever so slightly, and a recessed RESET button.  The power button only appears to work when powering it on after disconnecting the power cord (why I have to do that is another story in another thread :-).  The power button will not do anything when the unit is powered on - it will not turn the power off.

The RESET button does not appear to do anything either.

I can't find any docs on what these buttons actually do, if anything.  Anybody know?

The INIT button will if held for 30 sec will wipe all of your user config files.  The power button if held down will power down the unit.  If this is not working then I would update the firmware.  Do not use V3 use the earlier version.
