Buffalo DriveStation Quattro 2TB . Formatted NTFS only showing 1.36 TB after format

 

This is in Windows Server 2008.

 

Is this normal?

Yes, With raid 5 you lose a little more then a drive for the redundancy if that is what you setup.  With Raid 10 you are almost half capacity.  Raid 0 is 90% of the capacity.
