Title: HD-CE500IU2 problem
Post by: bustson on November 08, 2009, 10:15:38 PM

I reinstalled XP and hooked everything up, and when I go to get into the drive now, it shows an "E" drive but keeps telling me it's not formatted.  I say no because I fear it's going to kill the items on the drive.

I tried to figure it out looking at the downloads and such, but no help.  Anyone know what I need to download or do to get into the hard drive?

It sounds like data corruption to me.  I would either format the unit or contact data recovery at this time.
