Post by: Morph3o on July 31, 2020, 09:07:45 AM
Good morning to the entire Buffalotech community, I have a problem with a product that my father bought in 2011 in the United States but my father died and left this article in my possession https://www.amazon.co.uk/Buffalo- LS-X3-0TL-EU-LinkStation-Live-Desktop / dp / B005SK0FHK
I am trying to make it work but apparently I am missing some software to make it work, I only have the product, no software, I hope your help thanks.

User manuals and software are here:
http://buffalo.jp/support_ap/support/products/ls_xl.html

If it's working it should be as easy as using NasNavigator to figure out the ip address and then navigating to the web interface to manage it assuming you know the password (I believe the default is "password).

The user manual has info about how to do things like reset that password if needed.

Thanks for answering, Here I send you some images of the error that I get when I install the Firmware, and navigator2 cannot find the server or hard drive

Is the blue LED on the front solid or flashing?

If a green light flashes but you have it, it is in the back where you have the internet cable installed

There is an LED on the front which should indicate the status.
