Title: Assistance request

External storage HD-PE320U2/BK, six digit S/N one letter, purchased in USA July 2009

Physical format was done by accident so drive is non-existent and I tried to download the software from the USA site and it does not recognize my S/N.

I did register all info with Buffalo, I would appreciate any direction/comments anyone might have to get my situation resolved

** Correction ** Secure lock mobile works with windows 7.  Earlier version doesn't work with windows 7.

Where is this S/N on my drive, the only S/N listed is on the bottom of my drive which states "S/NO (6 digits & 1 letter)?

PM me your serial number and Ill see what I can do.  Did you try removeing the "G" from the serial number?

My S/N is 190619G, and i tried leaving off the G, no luck
