Dear all
access to TeraStation over Internet ( via port forwarding on Modem), i have "500 Illegal PORT command" error after insert user name/password.
in fact, with the same user/password but login inside Local network, everything works well.
I think TeraStation need forward Passive FTP port ( other than port 21) but i can not find where to config Passive port range.
please help me how to config this port ranger.
