Title: Linkstation Quad Solid BLue LED

Hello All,

 

My Linkstation Quad 6TB bought **bleep** has a major problem. When I connect to power the BLUE LED goes solid blue and nothing happens after that. This is even before I press power button which is in front of the unit.

 

Please suggest what is going on. I can not access the device on my network. I have data on it which I want to recover.

What happens when you try to shut it down with the button?  Does it shut down?

 

Have you tried finding it with the NASNAVI after it's been plugged in?
