Print Page - Photoshop CS2 Not Recognizing Drive

Title: Photoshop CS2 Not Recognizing Drive

Have installed a Buffalo 1.0TB DriveStation Combo. PhotoShop CS2 does not recognize it was a choice for a Scratch Disk. Strange thing is that PS does "see" it when it comes to opening and saving files. Any suggestions? Thanks.

System Info: 733 MHz PowerPC G4 running OS 10.4.11

what file format is the drive station in?
