I have a 3400D thats got some critical data on it, got jumbled up, TFTP error lost boot image.

Found some old links to the image software but links were dead.

Anyone have the image or can point me to it?

In the case that you are trying to preserve critical data you should start with Buffalo support and consider engaging their Data Recovery services.

We've got information on the forum for starting over with blank disks on these devices but preserving data is more complicated.

so we got data back,

but how can i get this thing to boot up?

restore image etc. Things out of support & i kind of want to fix it myself.

I typically recommend connecting each drive to a PC and running diagnostics on it and replace any failing drives before starting.

3000 is easy peasy. Just put in a blank drive and it will give you the option for 'NAND boot' and will reinstall the os for you. Make sure it is 100% cleaned.

IF the TS3000 does NOT go into NAND boot, then the NAND is toast and I know of no way to simply recover it.
