Can Buffalo HD-PX500U2 500G harddisk support Win 7 Traditional Chinese? WD has a similar model with hardware encrption, but unluckily it can't support Win 7 Tradtional Chinese, only support Win 7 English version.

No only the English version. The encrytion software will only work with a 32-bit OS.
