Title: Link Station LS-CH500L problem with Mac and Time Machine
Post by: ahis on October 29, 2009, 06:30:31 AM

Mac OS 10.6.1.

When trying to us Time Machine I keep getting error 45. Refuses to start backup. Worked with no problems with 10.5.

Any idea?

Make sure that you have the lastest firmware and you are using afp.

The f/w is 1.07. Is there a newer one available?

1.07 is the latest.  Reflash the firmware and reinit the unit.
