Update firmware fails on TS1400R075:

Updating firmware Step 1/6
Because of an error, the following process did not complete.

Troubleshooting steps performed:

1. I am able to ping 8.8.8.8 from the device
2. I have restarted the device
3. The firmware its trying to install is the following:

Have you tried downloading the executable and applying the update manually?
