Post by: malcfl on January 15, 2020, 06:15:24 AM
Web access is turned on, folders allow web access, I have a static IP address, automatically configure Upnp in the router is ticked, I have gone through the setup routine several times but my laptop on another network will not connect nor will my andriod phone.

It sounds like your router may not support UPnP, which means you will have to configure port forwarding yourself.

Many thanks for the reply, unfortunately, my Router port forwarding page is nothing like the one in the video and I am at a complete loss on how to do it.

You'll have to check the user's manual for your router.
