Title: Can't connect via explorer in win 7 pro
Post by: d4lions on October 25, 2009, 08:53:48 AM

I can access my terastation NAS via http, but cannot find it via explorer in Win 7 Pro

whenever I try to drive map, it asks me for security credentials (I use my admin ones; same for http login) and I can't get in.. they are disabled right now and still won't let me in?

It won't show up in my network anywhere.. its really bizarre?

When I first loaded windows it was there, but the security wouldn't let me in, so I went back via HTTP, and disabled security logins thinking that would work, and turning off the win 7 firewall..???

no luck.. any suggestions

So do you still have access permissions enabled?  Do you still have the same problem with access restrictions enabled?  Also when you are mapping please do it via '\\IP' in the run command
