Title: Can't change anything in configuration window
Post by: inhand on October 24, 2009, 01:06:57 PM

I have two teraStation Pro II, Both TS-HTGL/RS.  One has firm ware 1.33, the other has firm ware 1.22   I can go to the configuraton page and have no problem viewing and changing the settings on the one that has F/w 1.22.  On the one that has F/W 1.33 I only see three options. (Home, User Managemnt, Logout). This is since the firm ware was upgraded. What do I need to do to get into the other options, on the one with the F/W 1.33?
I am running a Dell XPS with Windows Vista.

Thank you

Inhand

Make sure that you are logging in as admin.  If you are, try force flashing the same firmware (1.33) as it may have been a bad install.
