Title: EM Mode with Model LS-C1.0TL
Post by: Bobo on October 24, 2009, 07:44:45 AM

My Linkstatoin EZ LS-CL series has entered EM Mode according to the NASNavigator.  I have tried to reboot the device, refresh with the navigtor, allowed the software to re-assigned the IP adddress all to no avail.

I don't kow the Firmware revision since I cannot now see the drive.

When it booted originally the drive light kept flashing and flasing.  That has stopped.  Before I get into the crazy area of flashing the drive, it there another way to get this to be recognized back onto the network?

I am using Windows XP.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Bob

The only troubleshooting option is flashing the firmware.  You can find the latest by going to our website.  Just go to asupport > downloads and select your product by model number.
