Title: Dead Already?

My LS-XHL arrived today.  About 90mins into use whilst copying some music over, it stopped transferring and went into EM mode (flashing orange lights?!)  Now it won't do anything. 

 

Is it worth me trying to reload the firmware or should i just sent it back to the shop?

Did you have any power outages or anything out of the ordinary happen?  Try flashing the firmware, if it happens again it would be more of a concern.
