Title: Accessing BitTorrent from Web
Post by: tolvar on October 13, 2009, 07:50:39 AM

Hi Guy's

Is there a way to access the BitTorrent client from a remote PC using a web browser?

I can access all my shares with ease, it would just be nice to be able to kick off some downloads remotely.

Cheers.

the web browser client runs on port 8080 on your lan?

so if i was to enbable port 8080 on my router, maybe i could connect to the client, through my browser, remotely from the internet...and control my bit torrents.

just a thought....might try it out.
