Title: Creating large number of folders
Post by: mediajolt on October 12, 2009, 06:00:13 PM

Is there a way to quickly create a large number of folders? I have to create 106 individually named folders, each tied to an individual user account (we're a school). I was able to create a full set of named folders on a local drive using a text file with all the names, but I can't find a way to either migrate those folders to the root of my TeraStation to set them up for sharing, or quickly create a set of folders using the Buffalo web interface. I don't like the prospect of spending hours creating each folder by hand and waiting for the web client to update after each one. Please tell me there's a better way to do this.

Now way that I am aware of.  The Gui is the only way to make root level folders.
