Hi, ive started the ftp service on my LS-CHL500

i can connect to it via the usercounts specited on my XP laptop, no problems.

On my vista laptop, using the same or different user names and passwords, i get to see about 5-6 lines in FTP and then it locks up. i have to abort the ftp client.

im running Nas Navigator 2.18

What do you mean "it locks up". Does it ask for authentication again but just reject it or does it freeze and shut down all together?
