This is FYI only. I have not raised a ticket because I have found it useless in my previous experience.
My Linkstation started halting after ~3mins after installing latest firmware. It happened after about one week after first FM update. From very extencive googling I believe it was E-04 fault. Red error light flashing four times. After three restarts it was in EM and I had to re-flash FM. After returning HS_DHGL_210_001_us unzipped dir (Sorry do not have official release number for now) it became working as used to.
Ok, maybe this US release was not to go for. Now web admin is in Japanese. I return when and if I succeed. I am still hopeful to retrieve my valuable data.

Device was bought in North Europe, Finland and city Oulu. If I recall I bought it from local store www.servit.fi. It has been bancrupted couple of mohths ago. FM I downloaded from
