Title: Linkstation Pro Duo LS-Wtgl/R1 (3)
Post by: dthom3uk on October 06, 2009, 07:35:46 AM

Hi Folks,

I have been unable to access my Linkstation Pro for two days now.

When I try I get the following:

'The Network Path was not found'

On the front of the Linkstation the power led is flashing green constantly and the lower led(looks like a z) is flashing intermittently.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can't access it?

Thanks.

There is nothing in the NAS Navigator at all.

See if you can boot the unit in EM mode.  If the light still just flashes green then you can try the TFTP procedure.  If the issues still persist then contact your local support for an RMA replacement (assuming the unit is under warranty)

I managed to resolve this by powering the unit on and off.

Once the unit was back up and running I ran a disk scan and that found no issues.

Is there anything else I can do as a precaution?

Thanks.
