I am having an issues resetting the NAS back to default.  Can you please provide instructions on how to do so.

You should just have to hold down the reset buton for about 15sec or if you can log into the unit go to maintenance>initialization>restore.

Where is the reset button located?  I only found display and Power?

   The reason I am reseting back to default is because i forgot the password.
