Title: URGENT - TeraStation TS-X4.0TL/R5-EU - Replication & Serial Number - Not working !!!

Hi, I'm having some issues and need help urgently...

 

1. Unable to setup replication between 2 terastations (same model/disk etc)

       No.1 nic is connected to the switch with ip address

       No.2 nic is connected directly to the 2nd Terastation (as mentioned in the guide) to replicate

       between both Terastations.

 

2. Unable to download firmware as Serial Number comes up as "INVALID"

 

    Both the TS's are connected to a network switch with fixed ipaddresses & gateway. Also are added to Active Directory.

 

 Kindly help as it's kind of urgent to sort this out, desperate - We just bought this yesterday.
