Hi

 

I'm trying to download new firmware 3.10 for linkstation duo pro but serial number that I digit is invalid.

 

I copy serial number from linkstation and I check it more than one time and it's correct.

 

Can someone help me?

Which site are you going to, to download the firmware?  You can only get the firmware and software for your region on your regions website.
