Title: LinkStation Mini - LS-WS1 : error message from NAS Navigator2
Post by: xindao on September 17, 2008, 04:09:53 PM

Hi Tech. Support,

I have a LinkStation Mini 1TB version.  Installation and setup seem ok.

I changed from the default RAID 0 setting to RAID 1 setting, and it seems ok.

However, I got an error message from NAS Navigator, I don't know what it means, hope you can help.

15:Investigating error status of 1 RAID array

Thanks

Have you tried to download the new version of the Navigator?

after reinstalling it do you get the same error?

I  just bought a LS mini 1tb. Where would I find an update to the Navigator program? It's not listed in the downloads section for ths product. I spent 2 hours trying to update the firmware, finally resolved by using my Mac Intel running Windows Vista Ultimate instead of my HP laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium. None of the tricks in the forum helped. I tried connecting direct with both computers. Only the Mac worked.

Force the firmware here are the directions

After the force please set the unit back to factory defaults.
