Reformat HD-HB160U2-WR

Windows XP. Memo was hanging up on scan.  Memeo Support assisted in removing Memeo and reinstallin 4.50.5735 software.  Computer now says drive is not formatted and asks if I want Windows to reformat the disc.  Should I let windows reformat or do I need to let Drive Station Navigator 1.2.0 do that?  Is there a later version of Drive Station Navigator that I should download?  Where do I get it?
