Title: Unrecognised serial number for HD-CE1.5TU2-AP

Hi all,

 

I bought a 1.5TB DriveStation for use on my Mac and needed to download the TurboUSB driver for Mac. However, when I tried to download the driver from the Download page, the page keeps telling me that my serial number is not valid. Is the serial number the 14-digit number at the bottom of the casing?

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I had been trying it since last night.

   I was trying to download from http://www.buffalo-technology.com/support/downloads/ because the Asia-Pacific websites do not seem to carry the TurboUSB driver for Mac.
